The Things We Do

The Things We Do team is dedicated in restoring and improving facial balance and harmony through Natural Intention Beauty Guidance. We created a new brand identity system that highlights this concept of "We The Journey". The Things We Do is not just a brand; it is a story told with every heartbeat, a melody of life’s ebb and flow. It invites all to join, to find peace in the harmony of togetherness, and to trust in the gentle unfolding of their own unique journey. The W is used as a soft, organic shape that curves throughout the brand identity to create a sense of movement and flow of human connection and facial balancing/harmony.

Studio Ma

A wedding and photography studio brand identity for photographer Kristen Murakoshi. 'Ma' is a Japanese concept for pauses in time, moments in between, the liminal space. It is visually depicted (in kanji) as the sun shining through the crevices of a doorway. Kristen thinks of it as the space in which life grows, space in between dreams and reality. Specifically with weddings, in thinking about moments of the day and how she photographs expected moments, yet still looks out for the microconnections and details that happen throughout a wedding day. The identity is designed to be effortlessly chic, understated luxury, creative, raw, emotional and relational.
